Mummy Case Conservation Talk at the Fitzwilliam

This Wednesday (13 June 2012) visitors can learn about the conservation of ancient Egyptian mummies at the Fitzwilliam Museum.  Sophie Rowe, of the Department of Antiquities, will be talking about mummy cases in her talk "Reversing the Slump: Reshaping a Rare Egyptian Mummy Case".  The one hour talk begins at 1.15pm and is free via token which can be obtained from 12.45 on the day of the talk.  Limited spaces.
